We have several dozens of external affliate companies who perfom material cutting, printing, processing, assembly and examination. We also have overseas affiliate factories in China. All of them have advanced facilities and highly qualified staff, runing rigorous production and quality controls.

Here we are going to show our production flow, as the professional of plastic products.

Selecting a material most suitable for the application
Materials are fabricated according to the customers' needs and application. Since each resin has unique characteristics, our experienced staff will advise the customer how best to realize the product they want.

Fabricating a film from resin
Film materials in rolls are created from granulated resin. A film can be made by either of the two methods; calender and extrusion. We weigh the elements of each method and prices and fabricate the film that a customer want. We also handle export of Japanese made films and import of foreign made films.

Create products with unique functions by lamination
With plastic film sheeting, various functions can be added to the original characteristics of a resin by special blending and processing. A highly functional original film sheet with multiple functions can be also produced and supplied.Lamination is a process where layers of films are bonded together. By bonding materials with different characteristics, you can create a unique film of your own. For example if you want a material which is 'nice to touch' as well as 'waterproof', we can create it by laminating two materials that meet the objectives. Gravure printing is a printing method for a long run of rolls that is suitable for mass producing application.

Cutting film to the size of the product
Cutting is a process where a film is cut out according to the product design. They are done in two stages; firstly the film is cut into strips. The strips are then cut into shapes. We pay careful attention to how the cut-out is made in order not to waste the film material.

Printing any required graphics
This is a process where logos and photographs are printed.
Silk screen printing is known for its superior colors. It is also suitable for small lot printing. Offset printing is suitable for many applications including color photographs.

Specialized bonding process by pulsating molecular
Welding is a characteristic process of bonding plastic film products together. It is waterproof and air-leak proof. Using molecular oscillation, it will seal plastic workpieces perfectly assuring high quality products. We are a specialist of plastic film products with many products using the welding process.

Track record in high quality sewing suitable for each materials
Sewing is one of our areas of expertise, with extensive experience. We can create products that exploit the characteristics of a material, whether it is a composite including natural materials, such as cotton, or vynil, synthetic leather or genuine leather. The company will take responsibility as regard to the products' production and quality controls.

Through quality management
We are committed to quality control. We conduct our examination item by item, having created a checklist. We also run a post-packing pre-shipping random inspection(AQL) of the product. If the manufacturing was done overseas, our staff conducts examination and inspection both before export and after import.

Flexible delivery and shipping
We are flexible in meeting a customer's request. We can ship products from the factory, conduct examinations at our warehouse and deliver in batches. We are expert in import, export and trade processing. Please feel free to ask.
